About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only possess exceptional grooming skills but also excel in customer service, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
● Grooming Expertise: Exhibit a high standard of grooming skills for various breeds and coat types.
● Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a compassionate and caring manner.
● Appointment Management: Take responsibility for booking client appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
● Estimates: Provide clients with clear and detailed estimates for grooming services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
● Attitude: Approach grooming tasks with a calm and enthusiastic demeanor, creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2-3 years of grooming experience is a requirement
● Proven experience as a pet groomer with a strong portfolio of grooming work.
● Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
● Knowledge of various grooming techniques for different breeds.
● Ability to manage appointment schedules and provide accurate estimates.
